Confirmation

Veni, Sancte Spiritus!  Come, Holy Spirit!

Confirmation will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

The Sacrament of Confirmation completes a Catholic's initiation into the Church and strengthens the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in the candidates. Initiation begins at Baptism and is deepened in the life of the community in the reception of the Eucharist. 

Eighth graders in our Parish School of Religion, St. Peter Grade School, and those attending private Catholic schools are confirmed during the Easter season of their eighth-grade year. The program includes a year-long curriculum, reflections with sponsors, a retreat and service projects.  Classroom preparation takes place in either the PSR program or St. Peter School religion classes or private school options.
