All bulletin article submissions must include written text that includes: Title, Day, Time, Location, Details, Contact name and information.
Written announcements should be concise and not exceed 200 words.
If you have a photo/graphic/logo that you would like included with your article, please upload it in the form. (Formats: pdf, jpg, png)
If you submit an already produced flyer, it must be in the following format: pdf, jpg, or png file. (Written text must also be included in the event there is not enough space available for advertisement). Preferred advertisement size (jpg, pdf, png): 1/4 page: 3.75 w x 4.5 h. If a larger ad is needed, see below information*
Content must be received by Monday at 3:00 p.m. before the bulletin date(s) you would like the ad to appear.
Email must include the requested publication date(s).
Bulletin articles are run for 2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Submissions may be edited based on the bulletin editor's discretion and space availability.
Due to limited space and printing submission guidelines, written text with accompanying photo/graphic is strongly preferred to pre-made announcements/flyers.
For major parish events and announcements that require a larger space in the bulletin:
Full page, half page and quarter page bulletin advertisements should be pre-approved and reserved at least 2 weeks prior to requested publication.

Once space is reserved, please submit pdf or jpg through Communications form.

Weekly Parish News (Flocknote)
A weekly email is sent at the beginning of each week to all parishioners who have submitted their emails through Flocknote. This is a quick glimpse of highlights of upcoming events and announcements along with any material that did not make it into the bulletin before the bulletin went to print. The weekly news does not contain announcements or news from outside of St. Peter. Those broader community announcements are reserved for the bulletin.
If you are a parishioner responsible for a parish organization or ministry, and you would like to submit a blurb for our weekly E-Newsletter, please follow these guidelines:

Single Message Flocknote:
Occasionally, Flocknote is used to send a single all-parish or all-school message. This is reserved for high-priority, parish-level, and urgent communications only and at the discretion of parish and school leaders to minimize the number of emails.
Mass Announcements:
Please submit information for Mass announcements through the Communications form by Thursday at 12:00 noon before the weekend that it is to be publicized/announced. Announcements will be included as space allows and may be edited.
Gathering Space Promotions and Displays
Occasionally, ministries will promote their events or organization in the gathering space in Church after Sunday Masses. This must be approved at least 4 weeks before the scheduled weekend. Please submit the Sunday Mass Activity Request Form.
Events – Please include name of event, date of event, specific ministry, if applicable.
Start and end times must be included.
Please allow 5-7 business days for website postings to appear on the website.
Weekly School News (Flocknote)
The School Weekly Pride FYI is emailed to all school families weekly on Sundays for families to plan for the week.
Content should be submitted through the Communications form or be sent digitally to Ann Murphy at amurphy@stpeterkirkwood.orgby Thursday at 12:00 noon. Submissions will run for 2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Content should be limited to 3 sentences max.

Parish School of Religion Weekly News:
A weekly newsletter is emailed to all families with children in the Parish School of Religion every Friday.
To request a flyer to be attached to the PSR Newsletter, please submit to Susan Lueker at slueker@stpeterkirkwood.org by Thursday at 12:00 noon.
Please include specific dates and contact information. Information will run for 2 weeks.
